If you feel the item that you purchased from The Upstyler does not meet your expectations, or you change your mind for any reason, you may return the item to The Upstyler for a credit using our Easy Return Label within 4 days of receiving your item.
- Select the Easy Return Request link located on our website and complete the required information within 4 days of receiving your item.
- Pack and Post the item using our free return postage label.
- Return the item in person to The Upstyler at 207, Barkly Street, St Kilda, Victoria, 3182 within 4 days of you receiving your item.
You may then use this credit to purchase another item from The Upstyler that does meet your expectation within a 6month period from the date your credit was issued.
Sales outside of Australia are final. However if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase please let us know and we will do our best accommodate any request you may have and find a suitable outcome.
Full Refund Guarantee:
If you do not receive your item or if the condition, style or authenticity of the item is misrepresented in anyway The Upstyler will gladly refund the purchase price in full upon return of the item to The Upstyler.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and the approval of the refund.
Your refund will be processed by The Upstyler within 7 days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. The Upstyler can not confirm when you will receive refund to your method of payment as this is the responsibility of your Financial Institution and out of the control of The Upstyler.
Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received your refund, first check your bank account, credit card or other method of payment statement.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund within 20 days of The Upstyler processing your refund, please contact us at email@example.com and we will investigate to the best of our ability any reason that may have delayed your payment.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded unless the condition, style or authenticity of the item is misrepresented.
The Upstyler only sells authentic designer Bags and Jewellery as well as Fine Jewellery.
If you believe your purchase item from The Upstyler is a replica, contact us immediately and return the item to us, or alternatively we will arrange to have the item collected at our expense and we will organize a full refund for you as well as replace that item with another matching item Free of Charge upon inspection of the returned item.
The item must be received by The Upstyler in the same condition that it was shipped to the customer from the original purchase.

Unless you take advantage of our 'Authenticity' or 'Easy Return' policy you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for an exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
You should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing your own shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
